Everything you needbefore your first visit.

No surprises. No pressure. Just a clear path to better health.

What to Expect

Your first visit isabout listening.

We don’t rush. Your first visit at Touch of Life is a conversation — not a sales pitch. Dr. Ed or Dr. Sandie will sit down with you, learn your history, understand your goals, and explain exactly what they’re looking for before any exam begins.

After the consultation, we’ll perform a thorough spinal examination and take digital X-rays if clinically necessary. This isn’t guesswork — it’s precision. We want to see exactly what’s happening in your spine before we ever make an adjustment.

You’ll leave your first visit with clarity: what we found, what it means, and what we recommend. No obligation. No hard close. Just the truth about your body and a plan to fix it.
